This charming property was built between the 13th and 15th centuries and is known as the San Miquel Castle. Designed originally as a small town, it was used to house the rice pickers and their families during the rainy season. As the waters rose, the castle would be completely surrounded by water. Today´s owners have imaginatively restored part of the castle and have converted it into a functioning hotel with 7 gorgeous suites. Inside the ancient walls and on lower level an enormous open air plaza is surrounded by archways and spacious halls which can be used for banquets and parties
